Services

Everything between a supporter's intent and money in the bank.

One review to find the gaps. One annual fee to fill them.

The review

$950 · two weeks

We move through your operation the way a supporter does and hand back what's working, what it's costing you to leave alone, and what to fix in what order. At least one of the fixes is always something your team can do without us.

It ends in a quote, so you know the number before you decide anything. Credited against the first year if you go ahead.

The relationship

One flat annual fee

Everything the review prescribed, built and then kept running. Sponsor intake and ticketing before the event, reconciliation after it, and the giving path working the rest of the year. Renewed annually, or not.

No percentage, no monthly retainer, no separate invoice for the website.

What the review hands you.

A written document, about your organization, that you keep whether or not you hire us for anything after it. Here is what is in it.

1. Your operation, written down

What you run, what it raises, what you pay for, and who touches it. For most organizations this is the first time it has existed on one page.

2. What we found walking your giving path

We give, register, and buy a ticket the way a supporter does, on a phone. Every failure is documented with a screenshot and a timestamp.

3. What each gap is costing you

Named in your own numbers where we can, in hours where we can't. Ordered by what it costs, not by what is easiest to fix.

4. Three moves, in order

What to fix first, second, third, with the date each has to happen by, worked backward from your next event or campaign rather than from our calendar. At least one is always something your team can do this month without hiring anyone.

5. A quote for the rest

So you know the number before you decide anything. It comes off the first year if you go ahead, and the document is yours either way, including the parts you take to somebody else.

Pick the one costing you most.

Event operations

Ticketing, registration, and tables priced to cover the day. Sponsor intake, invoicing, and fulfillment. Check-in and day-of point of sale. Program, signage, and collateral. A survey to everyone who came and everyone who sponsored.

You know what came in the day after, not six weeks later.

All of it under one flat annual fee. Everything the review prescribed, built and then kept running. No percentage, no monthly retainer, nothing invoiced separately for the build. Renewed annually, or not.

You are not buying hours. You are paying for the operation behind your giving to work, and to keep working.

Every other option leaves something on your desk.

A web design agency will build you a better looking site. If the operation underneath already works, that may be all you need. If it doesn't, you'll have a nicer front door and the same problems behind it.

A fundraising consultant will help you build strategy and relationships. If you have staff to execute it, that's often the better spend. If you don't, the plan lands on the same desk it came from.

A CRM or platform will sell you the software. Someone still has to decide how your organization uses it.

Anchor builds the operation and the systems behind it, then keeps them running. You own all of it and you stay in the decisions.
