Anchor is the public-facing brand of Black Sheep Brand House, LLC, doing business as Mission Anchor.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms of Use apply only to use of the Site. They do not govern paid client services, which are handled under separate Terms of Service, proposals, scopes of work, invoices, order forms, renewal agreements, or other written engagement documents.

If Anchor is found liable for a website-related claim, Anchor’s total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the minimum amount allowed by law, whichever is greater.

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.
